For over a decade I have moved between engineering and IT — from development at Škoda Auto and research at CTU in Prague to enterprise consulting. In recent years I have specialised in identity management (midPoint, Microsoft Entra ID) and the analysis of large systems: identity lifecycle, role models, approval workflows and integrations with HR, Active Directory, SAP and application APIs.
I have worked on projects for ministries, the military, transport, healthcare and the private sector in the Czech Republic and abroad. Beyond that, I build practical AI tooling for enterprise environments (RAG search, MCP integrations, workflow automation), lead IT for the international engineering competition Formula Student Czech and teach at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
